Upcoming Events

Hey Team,

Mark your calendars for this month: 

September 13th at 6pm there will be a Family Kickoff BBQ at 2916 Nixon.  Hamburgers will be provided by Bruce and I but please bring a salad to share and of course BYOB.   We will be going over highlights from Alaska and setting the stage for the upcoming year!

September 27th at 7pm we will host a big DISCOVER BODYWISE meeting at the Coast Inn of the North.   This gives us all 2 full weeks after the BBQ to get through bootcamp and dazzle our brand new guests with exciting stories of energy and enthusiasm!

January 2010:  The annual awards and celebration event will be held in Irvine California.  Be sure to start planning to attend this great event.  Every one who has gone agrees that it is the catalyst you need to acheive great things!

Thanks for stopping by! I think it's wonderful that our lives have chapters. Several years ago, I turned a page and started a new chapter called 'Entering Medical School at Age 40'. I went on to complete medical school and a family practice residency in Prince George, BC over the next 6 years. Now a new chapter is beginning, a chapter where I begin to explore how I can make a difference outside of the traditional family practice office (where you will find me as well). I don't know where this exploration will lead. For now, I plan to use this site as a place to field questions, try a few out-of-the-box ideas and see what happens. I welcome any comments and questions you may have. (Please remember that I can't give personal medical advice in this public forum and won't be able to answer individualized medical questions).
