I have a question for you. If you had to pick ONE motivation – ONE reason -why you want to lose weight or improve your general health, what would it be? You can’t give me your top two. I want you to think about what your PRIMARY reason is.
You might need to think about it for a while. Do think about it. No one else needs to know. But you do.
