This week we are focusing on a simple step we often ignore: What have you done this week to bring strength to your body?
Fitness doesn’t have to be gruelling or boring. It can be as simple as going for a walk. The most IMPORTANT thing about fitness is that you make it social. People who exercise in social groups are far more likely to stay with an exercise program than people who try to grind it out on their own. Today’s assignment? Call a friend and make a date to move – together.
You are worth it! You can do it!
