  1. I really like this idea, Rae. 🙂 I’ve been doing a lot of vegetarian dishes and enjoy them so much. 🙂 Today I’m having split pea soup and Brussels sprouts with garlic butter, and tonight we’re having Vegetable Night at cooking club so I’m making roasted potatoes with kalamata olives. Mmm. 🙂

  2. Thanks Krista, I didn’t notice this comment until tonight, but I did see on your site that your cooking club did vegetarian night on Meatless Monday! I thought that was GREAT! I love split pea soup. mmmmmmmmm…..
