First of all, congratulations to the MANY of you who took on the FITLIFE Spring Body Challenge and finished with great results. I loved looking at all of the before and afters and taking note of the obvious changes you worked so hard for. Eventually, it was necessary to narrow the results to four finalists who were chosen due to a combination of inches lost and improvement in muscle tone and body shape. In no particular order, the three runners up were….
CINDY BOUCHARD who has lost well over 100 pounds on her own, including 20.25 pounds and 13.63 inches during the challenge! Way to go Cindy. It is a pleasure to watch you embrace both your current and future success with confidence. I am so glad you entered our program so that we could be a part of your amazing personal journey!
TERESA POULIN who lost 9.46 pounds and 7.14 inches during this challenge. Teresa truly deserves an honorable mention because she has been selected as a finalist for 3 years running. She has lost MUCH MORE than 9.46 pounds over the last 3 years. I have always looked forward to seeing her at class because she adds so much intensity to the room every time the music starts. She has earned her results with sweat and consistency. Great job, Teresa. xoxo
JODIE MARTELL lost 10.12 pounds during the challenge and 5.97 inches. I LOVE Jodie’s photos (only one shown here) because even though she ‘only’ lost 5.97 inches (a great accomplishment), her photos demonstrate that the scale and even the tape measure cannot always tell the whole story. The muscle toning and re-shaping which are obvious in her photos are a much better testament to the hard work and discipline she put in. Congratulations, Jodie. Stay focused and keep up the great work!
AND THE WINNER IS…….TERRI DAUVIN with 21.12 pounds and 17.35 inches lost! I want to emphasize that Terri’s Body Challenge victory was not due to the number of pounds and inches lost (In fact, her victory marks the first time that our winner was also the person who demonstrated the largest numerical loss), but that the change in her physique earned her the grand prize of ONE YEAR FREE KICKBOXING. Congratulations, Terri. You brought fantastic intensity to all of your workouts and you earned those new triceps, abs and glutes!
